I have a samsung sir-t165 STB for my HDTV and it works great except when I tune to a channel where it has to search for a signal for a long period. Then it says no signal, the display reads HELLO and freezes there. I can' t change to another station it just keeps reading HELLO. I change the input from DVI to TV and back it still freezes on HELLO. I turn the STB off for 1 minute , 2 minutes, once for 10 minutes it still would not unfreeze. I pressed the reset on the remote too and it was still frozen. The Yankee game came back on and I watched it for a few innings on my TV input and went back to the box and finally got a signal. Anyone know what i can do to reboot the STB quicker or is this another qlich in the HDTV story?
