Does anyone have this tv? I've been looking around for awhile now and I like this tv alot. Nice picture, it has 1080i, not too heavy, DVI, etc.. Once again I'm just pretty much concerned with burn in. I'm not worried about watching basic tv with static images since I'll be varying what I watch, but I am worried about when I'm playing video games on my PS2. You can bet on 1-2 hours a day playing NCAA Football and Madden 2005 and probably more on football weekends.

Am i just being too paranoid or is this really not a big deal if I just take the right precautions? Should l just buck up an extra couple hundred bucks for a RP LCD or a DLP? or just go with a 30" or 34" direct view CRT? I've read all the FAQs and stuff, but I' still not sure.

I like Sony,Philips, and Toshiba and my dimensions requirements are between 30"-46"s, because I would rather have a great picture on a smaller tv than a bad picture on a larger one. As I've been looking it's pretty hard to find bad PQ with any HD out there. Budget is about $2,000. Reason for the question is that circuit city has no interest for 24months this week plus free delivery and I would like to have a tv for a soon as I move into my new apt.

Thanks already.

Check out the FAQ on Burn in. It's not something to be paranoid about, but there's nothing wrong with being aware of the potential. If you were to spend hours a day on the same game, if it has the same static image in the same place, then you may have some concerns.
