I originally had the D32D51. This set had alignment issues like crazy. two hours spent by a Zenith tech couldnt get it right so I was upgraded to the C32V37. Awesome picture on the HD and about average on the digital and analog. Problem was after a few hours of use I started getting the "zap" that others have complained of. This turned into the audio cutting out and not long after the video. The set would work again for a little while after cooling down. This set was exchanged directly. Now I am on my third set and second of this model and guess what..... new problem. While it performed well and I did leave it one a few days on end to see, I found it had no memory. Meaning that all video settings, pref's and channels were lost EVERY time I turned it off. As of this morning I am on my fourth set and third of this model (C32V37). At least both Zenith and the place I bought from are stand up and taking care of me as this goes along. I told them that was the last shot.... this one fails and I am getting a refund. I am really let down. I had a Zenith 32" set for a good 10 years that was a performer and a 1/2. No real trouble to speak of. Between past experience and the fact that the Mrs works for G.E. and we get a rebate for buying "house" brands I was sure I was making a good choice. What a shame........ :mecry:
