Need help!! Just got a new HD samsung box and is connected to my Mits 55 inch HD. Everything looks great other then the fact Direct tv sent me the wrong remote 2x, but that is another story. I'm now trying to get OTA HD signal and cannot figure out how to set up antenna, receiver stuff I'm lost. Any help out there would be appreciated. Do I just plug antenna into the back of the receiver or what? :

You need to set up the Local Area Network. The box will download either All, Digital only, Cable only, or I think Antenna only (based on which option you have selected under Scan These Types) stations based on your Zip Code. When you exit that menu, the box will reboot, and then all the stations available in your Zip will show up in the Channel Guide. Then pray they all come in.

Shouldn't DirecTv be setting this box up for you??? I mean, you bought it specifically to give DirecTv your money right?

I would call DirecTv and tell them a tech needs to come out. You are paying for service. They should give you some. ESPECIALLY since you are staying with them and not going with the better cable tv service ;) !!!
