Continuing on with my antenna project, but a slightly different topic, so apologies for the new thread.
From antennaweb data, all the stations I'm attempting to receive are 18 miles and within one degree (and about 2000' above at Mt Wilson overlooking Los Angeles). The big problem is a short hill appoximately 1 mile from my house that blocks the line of sight (no trees or tall buildings). Considering that the distance not that far, all the towers are in one spot, but the signal is weak. Should I go multi-directional or directional? I've looking at the CM 4228 vs. the CM 4248 as far as type.
BTW, here's a picture of the hill. When it was on fire, unfortunately.
