sir t-360 audio problem

Just wondering if anyone else had experienced this problem. I just had d* exchange out my t-160 for the 360, and besides the fact that it has no coax out, for some reason, when I am channel surfing it all of the sudden gets a tinny humming sound on the most of the channels. If i unplug and reboot the problem goes away, only to start back up again soon after. If I find a rare channel that is in 5.1 it is ok, but those stations are few and far between.
