Color Fluxuations on Sony KP-51HW40 Projection TV

I just got a Sony 51" hdtv, and everything seems to be working fine ecept for one thing.

The colors on the tv will change slighty quite often (i think its either the hue or Color Temp settings). It happens on all inputs (I have DVD, directv, and Digital Camra inputs).

Could this be caused by some sort of interference, or is it a problem caused by a faulty TV? any advice would be helpful :)

:( Bad news, Sony seems to have a problem with ALL there 51 and 57 inchers. Most refer to it as "flicker". Apparently there is a fix that involves 3 new resisters on a board.

Sony is not being really open about the problem, but there is a bulletin about it to sony techs.

well guys i got the answer for you... ive got the 51in and guess what ive had the flicker on it for the last 2 months basically have delt with Sony on this and they told me that if they cant totally figure out how to fix it their going to just gimme the new model that doesnt seem to have that prob at all.... so if anyone of you is having this prob just call Sony cause theyve been really cool with me about this...
