i got refurbish toshiba 46HX83 from there couple of weeks ago. i got the tv in less then a week after i ordered it, and they answered all my questions thru email almost asap. one bad thing is they got no 800 number, but they do pick up the phones. i'm still waiting for my 4-yr warranty. anyhow its a great place to buy with great prices.

They are trying to keep the costs down. Hopefully to pass along some savings to us. :)
