What is HD-Ready?

noob here, help me please... I just got a philips 17pf9945 and Got the Monster Cable Component cable and thought I'd be all set to go. I set the Xbox to say that it recognizes 480p, since so did the game I was testing. Does HD ready mean I need something more to get the 480p from the 480p compatible game?

Built In - obvious there...

As for the x-box, I'm assuming you have the HD pak, and also make sure the imput u have it connect in the TV accepts 480p...
