I have been shopping for a HDTV for a while now, And it always come down to Lcd vs Dlp. My thinking is, bigger is always better (in a all HDTV world), but with a setup of Direct TV and OTA HDTV, will a 60 in tv make a poor broadcast look even worse than a 50in tv would? On a standard broadcast, does DLP show better than LCD. I know neither tv is out yet, but from comparison of options and features, which tv is better. It will be watching mainly sports, DVDs and Xbox (games \Movies) I am new at this, so excuse my questions if they sound dumb. TIA for your help

I'm not going to answer the dlp vs. lcd - but a larger tv will make a bad analog signal look worse.

I'm not trying to burst your bubble, but, your "photo" has a lot of macroblocking, especially noticable at the bottom right, but it's not the TV image, since it includes the TV itself.
