I live in a condo complex so I'm limited as to what I can and can't do outside as far as antennas and that... so I'm not going to be able to mount a multidirectional antenna on my roof.
Besides moving... what are my options? I'm on the 2nd floor/top floor at least. I have an 18x20 DirecTV dish with triple LNB's mounted on my porch... are those clip-on antenna's from DirecTV worthwhile? I figure, at least it would be outside (better signal?). I also recall a late night informercial or something along those lines for an antenna you plug into any outlet in your house... and all the electrical wiring becomes an huge antenna? Was I smoking crack or has anyone actually heard of this?
