I just got a Phillips 27PT830H37C today and am using a Samsung HD reciever SIR-TS360 and when I am looking at standard programs it looks okay.

but when i look at hd stuff it looks messed up big time

If i change this exact channel to standard format with my HD reciever it looks fine

but if you look at this pic you see the image looks cut off at the bottom. when you look at stations with a logo at the bottom it is cut off. It's like the T.V. is zoomed in... What should I do??
