Anybody have any experience with the Dell line of LCDs?? I am looking for a 23" LCD for the bedroom to be used for HD/DVD/PC and found the W2300 to be well priced. Any insight would be appreciated.

I'm not sure about TV use - but I have a 19" Dell LCD here at work and I love it.

No, I actually went with a Philips 23" LCD which I am somewhat happy with. Some of the inputs have been a bit finicky and the screen is actually 14:9, rather than true 16:9. At least I have HD in the bedroom now, and that was my ultimate goal...

I bought it because of the price I paid $700.00. included handling,tax. I also talked to dell told them I wanted to return it. They gave me another $100 off totaling $700. It is ok. The HDTV picture is nice. What I found annoying was the black levels. Dark scened movies were awful didn't matter if it was HD or not. ex. ALexander and Rome. Sports on it is awesome. But I assume all low priced LCDs or Plasmas are not very good when it comes to black levels.

I bought the 37" Dell LCD for my bedroom last christmas. I've been very happy with it. Dell was advertising the set "on sale" for $2099. When I called, I acted undecided with the sales guy; "I'll buy today if you can make it worth my while". They dropped the price to $1899. Needless to say, I bought it.
