Brighthouse offering HDTV DVR's Soon

I recently had a bright house tech replace my HDTV box and he said Scientific Atlantic makes a HDTV DVR box and Brighthouse will have them in the near future. He wasn't sure of the date!

Do a search for the SA8000HD. A few threads, including one or two "official" ones exist, if you want more information. They may be rolling out the SA8300HD, but it's essentially the same box.

yes they will be using the SA8300HD, that's why it's in the near future and not currently being used.
