Tweaking a KDF-55WF655

Just received my KDF-55WF655 (a B-day present to myself).

I've read alot of information on the web about setup but was wondering if anyone could offer suggestions on where to start.

Inputs are OTA HD and DirecTV DVR and soon to be component video DVD.
