I've just taken delivery of a WS-55511 HDTV and the quality of the picture is bad. I'm currently using Direct TV, and at the moment it is unwatchable. There is currently no sharpness at all. For example, any writing on the screen looks smudged or has jagged edges. It makes you feel like putting on glasses to try and improve the quality. I have contacted the vendor and they are going to arrange a time to calibrate the TV over the phone.
