Seeing Triple with SIR-T150

I am having a problem with my SIR-T150. I am seeing everything in 3's. I have seen this happen before with loose connectors, but now, no matter what I do, I am unable to get a merged picture. The problem does not occur with any other devices with component inputs. I don't want to buy a new receiver, as my cable carrier may begin to broadcast Hi-Def in the next 6 months.

Anyone have any suggestions for an easy solution, or any solution for that matter?
