Anyone watch CSI in HD on 10/11/02?

In the last 5-10 min of the show my TV blanked out!

I mean, the thing shut down and refused to come back on.

I got a screen message saying something about "power loss".

My tv would not come back on for 4 hours!

I called Home Theater Store this afternoon. They told me there was a "rouge signal" that went out during the broadcast. There recomendation was to reset the tv and unplug it for 4-6 hours!

What the hell happened? Someone piggie back a virus?

I also live in Arlington and my TV did the same thing. I was not too happy! The next day the TV still would not turn on so I unplugged the coax from the attic antannae and surpise, the TV powered on OK. I plugged the antannae back in and everything was fine. When this first happened the screen displayed a skewed screen then went blank. Hope it doesn't happen any more!!

FWIW - I've got a WS55807 - It lost sound, then picture, then picture came back and froze, however, it seems it was the STB that locked up. I changed the input to my VCR and all was fine. I had to unplug the STB to manually reset it, it was totall locked up. My STB is an RCA DTC-100.......
