Well, not completely.
The service manual I ordered from Sony for my KD-34XBR960 arrived in essentially 3 parts. The largest part was nothing more than a reprint of the operating instructions for my set as well as for the other sets this manual applies to. I don't need an owners manual for a set I already have and I darn sure don't need one for other sets I don't. Since Sony offers the owners manuals separately for purchase or download, why duplicate the effort and make me pay for something I may not need? Oh, yeah, $$$$
