Stand for KDF-55WF655

Does anyone know the dimensions of the base of the KDF-55WF655? I'm looking for alternatives to the stand that Sony has.

Also, how about the top of the set. What are the dimensions (depth) of the top in reference to using a center speaker?

Thanks, but the dimensions you gave are for the tv itself. The base is much smaller than the tv.

Well, looks like the dimensions of the stand for that model (SU-GW12) are:

• Dimensions (WxHxD)

• 66 1/2 x 17 3/8 x 16 3/8" (1688.2 x 440 x 415 mm)

So you'll prolly want to plan for something that size. The stand is made for the large model too though.

Easiest thing to do might be to go to a store that sells it and take some measurments yourself.

Actually the stand SU-GW12 has a groove much smaller than the dimensions of the TV where the TV base perfectly sits. Wait for few hours. I'll be getting the TV in 2 to 3 Hrs delivered(I'm at house waiting for the delivery from SEARS). I'll measure it and let you know.

I know what the Sony stand dimensions are. Someone awhile back posted the base dimensions. That's what I am looking for. Sanand13, if you would be so kind when you get time that would be great. Thanks. :)

Hi eklektique1,

Sorry for the delay. The temporary stand that I plannaed didn't exactly fit the TV. So I had to keep the TV on floor that made taking base measurements difficult.

The base dimensions are approx. 38" length and 20 1/3" (TV base protrudes about an inch in front).

I took the following stand that my friend had and it fits perfect.
