Hi all....choppy here!!!

I've had a JVC 32" wide for about 3 yrs now & although it was a relatively early model and suffered slightly with artefacts and the usuall 100Hz quirks overall i'm extremely pleased. the quality of broadcasts has improved so the picture is now very good and solid and what you'd expect from a 100Hz

When i got home from work last night the picture was very grainy, just as if it was a 'not very good 50Hz picture' . We have cable and all channels are the same, its as if someone has turned the 100Hz off! I've been through all the settings and everything looks fine.

The DVD plays perfectly with a perfect picture. So.... Do I need to worry, is a tele fault or is it 'NTL' (our cable provider).

Thanks in advance.

PS...Model No. - AV32WSP1EK

PPS... Apologies if this is in the wrong forum, could a mod move it if it is and let me know where its gone?

Most likely if it is all channels that are grainy, there is a problem probably in the cable box itself, bad connector on the cables, or just plain low signal on the main line. I would contact your cable provider and have them verify if it is a cable problem or a TV problem.

Good luck and let us know what happens...
