DVR & COX & Phone line Question

:rockon: I have cox with everything(about $105 per month) (also the DVR Box for $4.95 a month.) If I keep Cox limited which will give me all my local channels ($9.00 a month) & get VaVa-Voom, will the cox DVR motorola box work with Voom? I just love that DVR.
:whistle: Second question. What if I don't have a phone Line in the room where the TV is? Will Zoom run a line?

J, please update your location. USA doesn't help much when trying to answer questions like this. Though Ratman is correct, there are any number of Cox markets and they all do a lot of things differently.
