Screen problem, please read

HI there,

I have a PT-53WX53 projection HDTV and I noticed that there was something like a green pixel burning into the image whenever I watch anything. It is unnoticeable until lighter colours are shown on screen.

Now I was going to let it slide and it was only one dot in the 53" area....however, I noticed another one just below it now and am getting upset with this situation.

Does anyone know of or have any advice on how to either fix this problem, or even diagnose what the heck is goin on?

Warranty time is my guess.

It's possibly dirt/dust/debris on the CRT lens or the mirror.

Youre talkin sense here me thinks...dust might be the cause because really it doesnt make sense for two tiny dots to become apparent all the sudden on the screen.

You think the repair will cost me a buttload of cash? :(

If it's under warranty... it will cost you nothing.
If not, then all you may need to do is find out how to access that area on the inside and spray with a can compressed air.
