Any thoughts about ParkAveElectronics.com?

I'm considering buying my first HDTV, the Toshiba 46H84, through ParkAveElectronics.com (http://www.parkaveelectronics.com).

Has anyone shopped there?

I have never shopped Park Avenue. Since the 46H84 is pretty common at most Toshiba retailers, is there any advantage to not purchasing at a brick and mortar establishment?

Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a store in Houston, TX that carries the set. I guess it's pretty popular here :)

Plus, the set is available for a pretty good price IMO ($1488.78 = set: $1,018.78 + 4-year warranty: $225 + shipping: $245).
