HD-52Z575 Screen Problem

My screen has a small blurry spot on the bottom right. It has some small black lines on top left of screen. What could be the problem?

SO..... What was the FIX?

NEW set.... or Service call?

IF a service call was done... How about letting others know what the fix was?
