I have a 23 inch Zenith LCD HDTV in my bedroom that I have had for over a year now. The model # is L23W36. I am very pleased with this TV, but was wondering if anyone knows how to get into the service mode? I searched the net with no luck so far. I am just wanting to tinker around with it.

Well, I don't have that TV, but on my C34W37, I can get the service menu by holding the Menu button on the TV, while holding the Menu button on the remote for about 5 seconds or so.
I discovered on another post to this bulletin board. (Thanks to whoever that was!)
It might be worth a try on yours... If that works, be careful what you tinker with. :)

It does work, I have the ZENITH M52W56LCD 52" LCD TV and tried it. The one thing I don't understand is the bulb says I have 573 hours on it but I have had the set for about 4 months and use it about 8-10 hours per day, so i think that means its 5730 hours, maybe they just drop the last number??

Maybe you watch less than you think 120 X10 = 1200 worst case scenario.

Maybe your right, I just thought 10 hours a day after 4 months it would be more. O well I not that bad then :rofl2:
