Lavinder Hue

I have noticed the past few weeks that my AV48WP30 JVC has a lavender hue to the picture that I can't seem to get rid of by going through the color and tint controls It is also there when I turn on the TV and don't have a signal going to it. The blank screen has this light purple color to it. Does anyone have a suggestion on what could be causing it and how to fix it.
