Adjust focus on 4663W

Can anyone provide the steps to adjust the focus on a 4663W TV? Is the focus lens accessible from outside or from the light box?

Perhaps a bit more advanced, but is it possible to adjust the geometry? The bottom right of the picture pulls to the right.
