Transporting a Toshiba 40H80 RPTV laying down?

Can anyone help with information on whether it is okay to transport a RPTV in the Horizontal position? The HD on this set is awsome and I don't want to do anything foolish to ruin it.
The reason I ask this question is because the set will not fit in my vehicle in the Vertical position.
Any input or links to other resources would be greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't advise it, with a rp crt, could damage the set. A salesman said its okay with a dlp or lcd tv set, because my dlp had to go vertically in my room, and I contacted the salesman and he said its ok witht the dlp, but not with a rp crt, forgot what the reason was though. :nono2:

Thanks for the input. It did not sound like a good idea to begin with, but I thought maybe there is something I don't know about the rp sets that enables this.
