How can I determine if undersize picture is Dish 811 or Optoma rd50?
I have set the 811 to output 1080i, 720p, and 480p. 480p seems to provide largest picture. RD50 DLP native is 720p which seems to provide the smallest pictures of the three. Using CBS show CSI Miami as an example, full screen mode image is 2" off top and bottom and 4" from left and right. Native is 1/2" smaller than full.
Both rd50 and 811 installed today connected through Pxxxx cables on HD-2 input. I am new to hdtv. Any assistance greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Rod
