I'm trying to connect my sound card to my receiver and am not having any luck. The sound card is a Creative SB Live! Value (WDM) as indicated in the device manager. The receiver is a Sony STR-DE545. The cable is a Radio Shack 1/8" mono miniplug to RCA phono plug.
I have searched the creative website, but all the articles that I have found reference options that I don't have, so I assumed that I had old drivers. I used the AutoUpdate and it said that I needed no new drivers. AudioHQ is version 1.5.1. I just can't seem to get a signal.
What am I doing wrong??? Thanks in advance for any and all help!
