There is no such thing as "FoxHD Programming"!
It should be titled "Fox - Almost HD Programming".
I'm sure AdminJoe will get right on it and change it to Fox ED TV.;)

You're not only right on target but their local station, which is a FOX "O & O" cannot seem to get their master control "automation" running properly, so about 1/2 of their "widescreen" programs are not broadcast locally unless someone calls their "new tips" hotline and asks them to notify master control to manually make the switch.
I cannot remember the name, but the decision to broadcast 480p was made by some misinformed, but stubborn technical "guru" at FOX engineering who seems to think that most viewers simply cannot tell the difference between ED and HD. Well...he must only be viewing 40" and smaller sets because on anything @ 47" and larger, the difference is obvious. Of course, FOX saves on satellite bandwidth also.
