HDMI Experience?

I got a KDF55WF655 several weeks ago. I am interested in purchasing a DVD player with a HDMI output. Currently, the Pioneer Elite DV59-avi is my top choice.

I would like to know if anyone aware of any compatibilty issues with the Sony HDMI interface and various DVD players on the market.

I would also appreciate any advice and information on potential pitfalls on using such a connection.

Been using HDMI interface on my Sony 60xs955 now for three months and have had no problems. Hooked up a Toshiba 9570 DVD player. Nice only having one cable to worry about hiding.
