I have a blown bulb housing.... what are you offering ?
Are you able to replace the bulb within? and if so, what do you charge?
Thanks

I took ownership of the PT-50LC13 Set in Dec. 03'/ Jan. 04. I am having to replace the lamp for the first time this week. If you still want a blown lamp I have one. If not I am, a techie myself so I am willing to do some experimenting of my own.

Since this is a sticky I thought I would post this tidbit.

The Retail cost for a bulb on their LCD RPTV is $290
The dealer cost is $250

Not a big markup for parts where usually it is closer to 50% to 100 %markup.

The lamp works for few months up to 18 if you are very very lucky... I just bought a Panasonic PT44LCX65 44 Inch. now I am worry... see the link below for the horrendous stories about the lamp, TY-LA1000.

in any case the lamp should cost less than $300 list price and last more than a year......

Bulb is now $269 at Electrified.com. Prices have been dropping slowly this year, according to streetprices.com. Had mine for over 13 months of heavy usage and still going strong.
