Unacceptable fan noise

My new kdf55wf655 has a very loud fan. At night when I watch a talk show (without music or background sounds), the fan noise is just as loud as the voices.
Today, I had one of the fans replaced by an authorized service tech. When the set was apart, we discovered that the other fan is even louder. What should I do? :mecry:

If the service tech cannot fix the issue do you have a choice of returning the tv? if you do I have the panasonic lcd tv and i have never herd the fan on it... except when i turn it off and it is cooling for that last min.
