View Full Version : Reliable signal

I have been experimenting with dfferent setups and tried the Radio Shack 15-1880. When I view the signal meter on the hd-receiver the signal fluctuates between 90 to 10 and all over the place. Is this normal, and if so is it reliable? I live in a stucco house and have read other posts about the interferance from the wire mesh.

I'm open to any suggestions but if I can avoid a rotor that would be best.

You need to put your antenna in the attic if the stucco isn't that high or outside, the wiremesh is probably giving you multipath problems like crazy...

Only reason you'd need a rotator is if your stations are all over the place, can you post your antennaweb.org results?

I have 2 directions, 28 and 322 degrees, suggesting a rotor but if I can split or set up 2 antennas it would be better.
