Panasonic Receivers

What are you thoughts on Panasonic receivers?? I found the following reciever that "matches" the DVD player I am looking at. It's the Panasonic SA-XR10.

I have really had my mind set on a Denon 2802, but ran into this Panasonic. Any general receiver thoughts would be appreciated.

I know the DVD-RP62 has had great reviews for a low cost Ps player. I liked the specs on the SA-HE100 -6.1, pro logic 2 and DTS- ES, Comp. switching. only drawback was .9% THD.
