Gateway Service Menu GAIN And BIAS settings

I have one of the Gateway 42' EDTV's and am looking for some information. If someone has one can you look at your service menu and give me the default GAIN AND BIAS settings for 6500D. I have messed mine all up and I'm trying to get back closed to default. thanks
