Okay, I'll start out and admit I did a dumb thing. So there I'm retarded
First let me say I'm not a expert BUT I have applied "tweaks" and have done some adjusting on my HDTV over the past year that I have owned it and have never screwed anything up.... until now....
I was thinking about starting over with my tweaking so I was reading through some of the threads on this site looking for a possible way to reset all my settings to factory on my HDTV and ran across the following:
RESETTING THE DATA
Note: Be careful when using the remote! It will clear and re-initialize
ALL NVM data including defl ection adjustment data if not reset properly as follows:
RESETTING THE MID NVM DATA
1. Enter into Service Mode.
2. Press 7 , then JUMP , and then press ENTER on the remote.
RESETTING THE SYSTEM NVM DATA
1. Enter into Service Mode.
2. Press 7 , then 9 , and then press ENTER on the remote.
I used the "Resetting The MID NVM DATA" (not knowing better) and now I regret it.
I have a SONY KP-46WT510 and now when I turn on my TV there is NOTHING showing up. :wow:
If I go into the SERVICE MODE the only thing I can get to show up the the PJE stuff. I've tried every input and NOTHING. My wife is about to cut my gonads off!!
I really need some help. Somebody please tell me I didn't totally flub up my HDTV and there is a easy solution to get everything back to normal.
If someone with more common sense than me can give so help I would appreciate it so much.
