Has anyone experienced a problem with power arcing off of the rear connections on this or any other LCD set? When trying to connect my computer, the RGB connector arced when my cable touched it. It was only arcing across the ground shielding and I realized the tv only had a 2-prong plug instead of a 3-prong with ground! My computer, however, was plugged in and didn't suffer any damage save a scorched cable end.
I tried to ground out the rear connections to the outlet ground in an attempt to fix this, however, this also merely created arcing. I am fairly positive that it had a good connection to ground before I touched it to the tv, but without a multi meter on hand I can't be 100% certain.
Any ideas?
