PT-43LC14 Top and bottom black bars issue

Hi i have had my panny lcd tv for over a month now and i just noticed that on dvds when i am watchin with the bars on top and bottom (lord of the rings) the top bar is thiner then the bottom bar, is this an aligning issue or is it ment to be like this, is there any way of fixing this? thanks all
