Depending on my input source, broadcast, HDTV, xbox, or ps2, I get variable levels of overscan. I can manually move the picture around by recentering the screen (followed by doing a complete reconvergence) but this only lets me see the top of the missing picture while losing the bottom (or vice versa).
What I REALLY need to do is shrink (or squeeze) the vertical image just like I do on my computer monitor. Is there a way to do this without going into the scary service mode.
And if I must go into service mode- what hoops must I jump through to get there - I've seen some wacky remote key combos for some sets but nothing for my model.
