I have a pt51hx42 that I have literally had problems with since day 1. The last time it was in the shop it was there for 6 months...I had to go buy another tv...when it finally came back recently it looked worse than it ever was and it was also physically damaged. My question is does anybody know who to get in contact with at Panasonic when all other means to rectify this situation have failed???

Physical damage with transportation/service is not directly Panasonic's responsibility.

Call and ask to speak to a supervisor and someone 'up the chain'.
