This is a nice article that drops some interesting testing info in, as well. It's not the kind of review from your usual "home theater" type. This is coming more from a "computer world" perspective. He does make a decent effort to associate some fairly obscure testing data to mean something the casual home theater buff can handle.

If you are interested in delving into how marketing specs tie into actual testing results, give the article a shot.

Just a wee bit smaller is the new Dell 2405, a native 1080p x 1920 24" LCD monitor that's getting some good reviews. It supposedly can be had for <$900 and can double as a near-SOTA PC monitor too. :smokin:

Wow, that is quite impressive resolution for the size! The price makes me a bit leery (in a too good to be true sense), but I really don't have much experience pricing LCD's.
