set is one month old. For last few days, image starts out beautiful but after 2+ hours of viewing it begins to get progressively darker to the point where 2-4 hours later it's basically unviewable. Once off for 1+ hour and re-started, process starts all over again. Anyone have similar experience or suggestions??

Never...Mines 7 Months old...no problems, love my set would go any other way...
Id bring it back and get a new one if I was you

Anyway I watched THE ANIMATRIX FLIGHT OF THE OSIRIS again on my TV
kicks ass
good demo for just 480p(TV scales to 1080i)
