When I press the # button on the remote for my Pace DC550P HD box, it changes analog channels from stretch to zoom. It use to change the HD channels from stretch to zoom to normal.
After a visit from a Bright House service tech, the # button now toggles the HD channels from 1080i (fills a square in the middle of the TV) to 480p (fills the entire screen). Does this mean I'm watching HD in 480p? It defiantly doesn't look like it, the picture is great. The Pace 550 HD Box is set to PASS but it does the same thing when set to 1080. It runs a Sony KV-32HS420 4:3. I saw the service guy get into the diagnostic/advanced screen but didn't see how. The Guide now fills the entire screen too which is nice but the 480/1080 thing is weird. Does anyone know how to get into the Pace setup screen (not the one when the # button is held down to adjust resolution, caption etc.)
