Zenith C32V22 to Toshiba DVD HDMI

I have a Zenith C32V22 and I am thinking about purchasing a new dvd player that has the HD up conversion with HDMI. Now my Zenith does not have a HDMI connection it has component and RGB connections. Would I notice a difference in picture from a regular dvd player and the newer Up Conversion since my tv does not support HDMI? If I purchase the up conversion dvd player just use component cables?

If you already have a progressive scan DVD player and your TV doesn't have HDMI or DVI, it's not worth the effort/expense to get an upscaling player. Especially with a 32" set.

Most upscaling DVD players will not provide that capability over component.
