I have dish network and i want to have my locals as i have distant locals and want to know to the best available rooftop antenna that goes past 100+ miles if any. I found one on a site for $129.00 and if any help would be available.

You are not going to find an antenna with a 100+ mile range. Usually the top distance is 70 unless you are at a pretty high elevation. Even at 70 you'd need a high gain antenna with a pre-amp and a tower to get it high up in the air.
Please don't ask people to e-mail you in response either, defeats the purpose of being able to respond here and gather knowledge for future use.

You would need at least a 60 ft tower to go anywhere near that distance..Curvature of the Earth comes into play..
BTW not good idea to post email address, Keeps it from being harvested and you getting hit with LOTS of spam.

I replaced my elcheapo roof antenna with the most expesive radio shack (160') last year thinking I get more chanells in the DC area. what a waste of money and my own time, since I wasn't able to pickup any additional chs. I don't use cable with my mits 65313 HDTV and I'm able to get all public HDTV enabled chs OTA.

I'm getting excellent results for OTA HD with the DB8 antenna from www.antennasdirect.com mounted on the roof with a Channel Master rotator as the towers are 70 miles North and 60 miles south of my location,my TV is a Sony KDP57WS655 with the tuner and HD is Awesome.
