VOOM stb stretch ?

'Mornin' Folks ! Welll.. I hung on to my 3 VOOM receivers, and finally hooked one back up for local OTA HDTV. The VooM box has alot better PQ than the D* box. However, I don't have the V* manuals anymore,and I can't get the picture to "stretch" on the screen format page. I've tried all the format buttons on both the receiver and Mitsi 65413.
Any idea's ??
