Insight delivered the dual tuner HDTV DVR box to my house on Friday. They are not advertising the new model yet, but it is available. The new features include the dual tuner, a new better universal remote remote, and season pass recordings. For the first year the dual tuner box costs 5 cents more than the single tuner box and after the first year only $3.00 more a month. :)
